Amazing Hotel to stay in, all the staff were very friendly but most of the staff spoke 20% English which made it very hard for us to explain somethings. The highlight was unlimited food and drinks. The only improvement I would suggest is the hotel rooms should have kettles as I struggled to have hot water. Other than that I highly recommend this beautiful place. Would definitely visit again!

The room was superious,quality and clean.Staff always kind and helpful.we had a chance to check heated outdoor pool was fun.we also have fun live music at night in the bar .But beside of that my daughter was enjoyed in the kids club all day long ,there were many attactions for the kids.

We had a lovely time all the staff are lovely Room was gorgeous and very clean. Bed was massive and so comfortable . Bottle of wine in room on arrival and the view was stunning. Pool that was open outside was heated other pools and decking was being maintained as we went out of season but more then adequate. For future reference could do with toilets open also on far side of other pool. But a beautiful well maintained hotel our 5 visit we’ll go again later in the year

Ich war mit meinem 3-jährigen Kind im Rixos Premium Belek und hatte insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Besonders gefallen haben mir die große, grüne und sehr gepflegte Anlage, das abwechslungsreiche und reichhaltige Essen sowie die tollen Abendrestaurants – vor allem das Aksam war für uns ein echtes Highlight. Selten so einen Service gesehen! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die unglaublich freundlichen, zuvorkommenden und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter. Gerade mit kleinem Kind war das für mich sehr wertvoll, und ich habe es sehr geschätzt, dass auch auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen wurde. Auch das kostenlose Zimmerupgrade hat mich sehr gefreut. Ein herzliches Dankeschön auch an den Restaurantmanager Samet Öztürk und an unseren persönlichen Assistenten Mirkan, der rund um die Uhr erreichbar war, sich sehr gekümmert hat und immer bemüht war, dass es uns gut geht. Auch die Möglichkeit, ins Land of Legends zu fahren, ist für Familien mit Kindern ein großer Pluspunkt. Teilweise waren manche Gäste etwas anstrengend, aber das gibt es leider überall und dass ist nicht dem Hotel anzuhaften. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel besonders für Familien sehr empfehlen und bin froh da gewesen zu sein! Danke Rixos
