The room we were given was filthy: a disgusting comforter covered in dirt and dog hair, dirty sheets, gritty floors, and dog hair covering the sofa. They handed us a replacement comforter, though we had to strip and remake the bed ourselves, and even the replacement had some grim looking stains. They did move us to a clean room for the 2nd night, and gave us 2 free drinks coupons, but at $175 per night, I expect more.
