“We traveled to Black Butte Ranch during a sports tournament with two families. This house met our needs and beyond. Comfortable for all members of both households, and plenty of space to relax. The kitchen had many thoughtful items that made cooking away from home easy including a great BBQ. Our kids enjoyed biking around on the trails when not playing sports. The hosts had easy and responsive communication and made our stay a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.”

On the day we were to arrive the air quality was 'very unhealthy' and the community was on an a 'Ready' alert for evacuation. The Akawa Butte fire was five miles north and was now the priority resource fire in the country. The second day we would have been there, they evacuated two thousand residents. Checkout time on reservation said 11am however we were told we needed to be out by 10. House was comfortable but needs some updates with missing trim, knobs missing on closets and a hole in wall. Was clean with exception of dust layered on fan in primary bedroom and coffee not cleaned out from prior guests. ”
