Not so great customer service..
The room we got was great. It was a little weird that we had to give both babies first and last name for check in. As one is just 3 months old. Also the front desk people said we could have an early check in if we drove over there. Then she said oh 3:30 is the earliest. So why did she have us drive other there. We sat in parking lot with the babies and at 3:30 I had no phone calls. They switched workers and the new lady said oh the room has been ready for awhile. So that was a lil frustrating. They never gave us any options for food and did not recommend anything to do on property. They were not communicating obviously with each other and we're not upselling any of the amenities that Sunriver has to offer.

It was very spacious with a beautiful view of the golf course and river. We enjoyed skiing at Mt Bachelor and easy access to Bend. It was fun walking the trails. We would definitely return

No heat.
Central heating did not work! The system ran continuously but never exceeded a chilly 64 degrees. Maintenance was not able to fix this the next day. No compensation offered.
