Mahalo! Our family enjoyed two nights at this property. We didnʻt ecpect our room to be so spacious. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the fitness center. This was a great place to stay while we visited friends in Bend.

Front desk staff was incredibly rude. The pool didn’t have towels multiple times and when we went to request them they told us to use the towels from our room. The only polite people employees we encounter was 2 maintenance and the 1 employee running the breakfast. I would never stay at this hotel again and will advise my family and friends to also not stay there.

It was well maintained hotel. We liked our stay and will come back. We had a car, so I don't know about walking around, but withing 5-15 min drive you had restaurants and shopping centers and lots of rivers.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Residence Inn Bend, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The room was not only spacious and comfortable but also impeccably clean, which made me feel right at home. I appreciated the sense of safety throughout the property, adding to the overall peace of mind during my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a great selection of items to start my day off right. There was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Additionally, having a bar on-site was a nice touch, providing a perfect space to unwind in the evenings. I also took advantage of the hot tub, which was a wonderful way to relax after a day of exploring Bend. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to de-stress. Overall, I can't recommend the Residence Inn Bend enough. Great service, superb amenities, and a welcoming environment made my stay truly enjoyable. I will definitely be back!

Great stay

We liked the easy check-in, we were allowed to check in a little early when we arrived and staff was friendly and welcoming - the room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast both mornings we were there and the lady helping out in the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful.

Spacious room with living room area and kitchen just great for our family. Two queen beds were not super comfortable but otherwise wish we could have stayed longer. Great shopping and river walk nearby. A fun place to stop.

Location, location, location…

Family of 5 with a dog. We had a wonderful time at this location. It’s about location. Easy parking and a short walk to the shops, amphitheater, river trail in the Old Mill District.
