"The room was clean, comfortable and the staff friendly and professional. The room amenities were so so. One thin bar of soap at the bathroom sink no thing else aside from makeup removal pads there. The easy chair in the room was comfortable but the fabric was frayed. Minor detail but programming on television was very basic and no instructions on the use of the two remotes or channel guide. The planting beds were weed infested and hadn’t been attended to for sometime. It’s like the owner does the minimum amount of maintenance to keep the place clean and comfortable."

"The room was clean and nicely designed, the staff was friendly and the grounds were beautiful. I was not a fan of how spread out all the amenities were compared to where we were staying. Getting in my car to drive to the pool/gym( gym hours -odd, did not open early ) was not something I really wanted to do. The most unfortunate part about the stay was that the Internet/WiFi/TV's stopped working for half our time there. That coupled with the check in being a little tricky to find, and the elevators not working ( our room being on the 3rd floor and laundry on the 1st ), made the stay not the greatest."

"Hot tub broken and pool was very cold. This is the 3rd time I'm a row useing expedia for reservation that the hotel we chose had a broken hot tub. I use you so I don't have to call the hotel for the reservation. If I have to call the hotel in advance to make sure the amenities are available what do I need expedia for?"
