“It was clean but just dilapidated there were paint stains in the bathroom, the floor felt very squishy, trim pieces missing just those sorts of things. And the washer has a really bad mildew smell. The parking is very tight, especially if you have more than one vehicle.”

“The property was well secured and upon arrival everything was in order. Soon after settling in the trash was not taken out as required by the prior tenant. Surfaces were not cleaned well (the dinning room table had crumbs), there was pet food around the dog bed, toilets were not flushing well, the dishwasher failed to fill once, and one of the stove burners would not shut off (we contacted the management company to resolve that).
