“House was very clean and had just the right amenities for our group of 4. Really nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Was great to have the hot tub to spend some time outside in the cold. We were close enough to drive to a few breweries and get take out easily.”

“A great little triplex of rental units. Nice and clean and well equipped. Efficiency size kitchen, and water was nice and hot. Close to downtown but right on the outskirts to the southwest of the town. Be on the lookout for the very realistic cougar statue on an adjacent private lot that looks out towards the mountains behind the unit if you walk your dog there, it spiked my heart rate!”

“The location is wonderful, so close and an easy walk to downtown shopping and restaurants! The unit itself was good and pretty clean. We enjoyed our time in Bend!”

“Spacious (we got two connected rooms), clean, everything as described. The pots and pens should be updated (not safe for cooking anymore). The pool is located in the separate building; so need to walk outside. ”

“A fantastic weekend in Bend! It was an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Drake Park is stunning and the riverwalk trail is amazing. It was easy to pop home if we needed something- it was a cozy stay. Thanks!”

“Right on the river with a fantastic view from the deck. A short walk down to the river trail and right to the old mill district and several parks. The pool is also great for kids and there is also a nice playground. Highly recommend!”

Check-in was easy and all went smoothly It had all the amenities one would need for a short stay--a kitchen, large refrigerator and freezer, washer and dryer, good wifi connection, and more. “I’ve been at the 7th mountain a couple times, first time with this owner. Appreciated the number of beds. There was not extra bedding though for the pullout- there were some blankets so we used those. There was only 1 roll of paper towels, so thankfully I had brought my own. There wasn’t any dish soap to hand wash dishes so I used what was available. Liked all the hooks to be able to hang our coats and snow pants- somewhere to place boots would be helpful- didn’t want to leave them on the...
