Black Butte Ranch Vacations from $399

My stay at this property was deeply disappointing due to poor communication and inaccurate billing. My husband and I stayed for two nights while in town for a friend's 30th birthday. While the room itself was beautiful, we spent very little time at the hotel because we were out celebrating with our friends an hour away. My major concerns include:Ignored messages: 1. I tried contacting the property via the Expedia chat several days before arrival to ask about an early check-in, but received no reply. Ironically, they used that exact same chat thread after my stay to ask for my feedback. 2. Missing receipt: Upon checkout, staff promised to email my receipt, but it never arrived. 3. Billing discrepancies: I noticed the card charge for taxes and fees was higher than quoted. After I contacted Expedia, the property finally emailed a receipt claiming I purchased two movies. We were gone for over 10 hours the day of these supposed charges celebrating in another town and did not buy any movies. My follow-up email about these charges days ago has still received no response. Because of this lack of customer service and unresolved billing errors, I will not stay here again.

We always stay here when in Sunriver! Property is beautiful!! Rooms are big and very clean! Pool and hot tub great too!

Facility was beautiful and well maintained. It was also very clean with nice amenities. However we had no hot water in the shower.

Reservations and check in went smoothly. We arrived in the afternoon but they could not accommodate my request for a ground floor room. I hate stairs but was able to navigate them. She said they were fully booked for the night, but we are early risers and the parking lot was only about one quarter full. Our room was clean and roomy and the quietest of the three motels we stayed in during our trip.
