Beautiful and comfortable villa with private pool in Benissa, Alicante for 4 people. The villa is located in a beach and residential area, 3 km from the beach and 4 km from Moraira.

Sehr einfach ausgestattetes Haus ohne Privatsphäre
Wir können die vorherigen guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und in die Jahre gekommen. Es fehlt an vielen einfachen Dingen: Das WLAN ist so langsam, der TV hat keine Möglichkeit Netflix oder so anzuschauen nur 2 Sender. Es steht 1Sonnenschirm zu Verfügung es war heiss und für 2 Personen ging es knapp im Schatten zu sitzen.Für den Pool gibt es keinen Casher wir haben jeden Morgen mühsam mit den Fingern rausgefischt was ging. Wir haben uns nicht willkommen gefühlt. Haben nicht einmal Wasser bei der Ankunft vorgefunden. Hr. Schnier war dann so nett und hat uns die dreckigen Auflagen der Liegen und Stühle ausgetauscht,danke dafür. Würden nicht nochmal buchen und fahren um eine Erfahrung reicher nach Hause.

Nous avons fortement apprécié la piscine , très bien entretenue et assez grande Par ailleurs , nous avons rencontré un problème avec un parasol cassé et un problème avec internet et le propriétaire a réagi très rapidement pour tout solutionner La maison est très agréable Un superbe séjour en famille

Superbe villa idéalement exposée
Nous avons passé une superbe quinzaine dans la Villa Marta. A quelques km de la côte, la voiture est nécessaire sauf pour les marcheurs qui apprécient les dénivelés. Une petite remarque concerne les bains de soleil et table de jardin un peu vieillissants mais rien de bien grave. La piscine est géniale et son entretien irréprochable.

Muy buen sitio, tranquilo, con piscina y barbacoa para descansar y relajar cuerpo y mente. El chico que regenta la casa muy majo, puntual y un trato excelente, recomendable 200% reservar con ellos.

Muy buena
Hemos Estado muy agusto, Sven y su hermano encantadores y muy serviciales. Tuvimos alguna incidencia eléctrica al inicio, ya que la cocina y la piscina estaban recién reformadas pero lo solucionaron con bastante rapidez. Hemos recomendado la casa a amigos que hacían vacaciones más tarde. El sitio tranquilo y con mucho espacio exterior, nuestro perro estuvo encantado también.

Aucune communication, nous n'avons vu personne ni a l'arrivée ni au départ, pas d'état des lieux, clé dans une sorte de box. Dernier jour coupure de courant dans la villa, et nous n'avons pas trouvé le disjoncteur qui se trouve à l'étage de la villa non accessible. Nous avons fait le menage comme il fallait et le propriétaire a quand même debité 80€ de frais de menage. Un peu déçu.

Séjour exceptionnel
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa de Sven. Il a été disponible, arrangeant et très gentil ! Nous avons eu un très bon accueil. La villa était impeccable et agréable, les équipements à disposition très bons, de même que pour la literie. La villa se trouve proche de tout en voiture, villes comme plages. La piscine était parfaite ! Le confort apporté par la maison nous a permis de passer de superbes vacances. Il nous a même renvoyé une veste que nous avions oublié par collis sans nous le faire facturer ! Je recommande cette maison pour passer un agréable séjour pour quatre, en famille ou entre amis.

excellent séjour
Nous avons passés un excellent séjour .L'accueil est très chaleureux avec boisson fraiche dans le frigo et Mr Sven facilement joignable.La maison est exactement identique que sur les photos .Petit soucis avec la piscine à l'arrivée qui n'était pas très claire mais rapidement réglé car une personne est passé tout les jours pour l'entretient de la piscine malgré cela nous en avons profité tous les jours . Nous avons beaucoup profité de nos vacances dans cette belle maison,très bon emplacement et au calme . Attention maison avec machine à café utilisant des dosettes mais en cherchant bien nous avons trouvé une cafetière le seul problème pas de support pour mettre le filtre à café et obligé de faire chauffé l'eau dans la bouilloire .( je pense qu'il faut réglé ce petit détail). Nous la recommandons et nous y retournerons surement pour des prochaine vacances.

Wonderful villa in Benissa area.
Our stay during easter holidays un Villa Casa Marta was very good. Comfortable home, spotless, lots of space on the outside, just as the pictures show. Our contact person, Sven, was extremely professional, was available at any time, and in addition very kind. We will surely count on coming back to this rent in the future.

Belle villa, bien située proche des commerces et de la côte
Nous sommes parties 15 jours, remise des clefs rapide (accueil très sympathique de Mr Sven avec différentes boissons au frigo), la barrière de la langue sûrement. Heureusement Whatsapp est là . Ce qui nous a bien servi tout au long de notre sejour : Au 1er jour, l eau ne s evacuait pas correctement après la douche, on avait peur de casser le système des volets roulants, la lumière extérieur ne fonctionnait pas autour de la piscine, un transat et la petite table extérieur étaient cassé.....Nous nous sommes adaptés. La villa est bien agencé avec une très bonne literie. Mais lorsqu' on casse on remplace( ce qu' on a fait pour le parasol, celui-ci bien vieillissant,comme le reste, a dechiré sur les bouts...😲) Au bout d une semaine, des algues ont envahi la piscine (Le pic de chaleur et une mauvaise filtration: 4 jours sans piscine 😡) Mr Sven nous a offert des entrées à Aqualandia pour compenser et les piscinistes ont fait la maintenance nécessaire pour rétablir la clarté de l eau. Dommage cette villa est très bien située pour des vacances au calme. Proche des activités (canoë, balades, criques et plages pour le snorkeling ) J espère que les travaux et autres remplacements auront été faits pour les prochains locataires.

Wonderful view and quiet place
The villa is very good the place very quiet without trepassing the pool large and beautiful, Mr sven is very professional and corect we just don't understand why do we have to wash all the dishes wipe them up in the cupboard put a side all the sheets and towels for the checkout if we pay 80 euros tax for cleaning
