“Very clean and many smart devices. Host was terrific and even helped us get settled in. Quiet and peaceful. Breaks state park is close by for recreation and Flannagan reservoir looks nice but didn't get a chance to get out on the water there. Thank you! Also renting ATVs to ride was fun. ”

“Loved our stay. Having the kayaks were a blessing. Fishing was fun and activities we done around the area. A few things we could suggest would be a broom and couple of trash bags would have nice. The trash was left in the garage so it stuck to high heaven. We couldn’t enjoy the ping pong table because of it. Otherwise we had a wonderful, relaxing stay . Thank you”

“Nice house, good location. We rode Spearhead Trails. Easy access although the town cop informed us that the one section of 460 is not for ATVs and that was the only way to get to trails. They didn’t cite or bother us so we kept going that way. And we frequently saw State troopers, Town cops and Sheriffs while we were there and they never stopped us. We all agreed that we would stay there again. ”
