“Clean convenient great staff”

“difficult to locate the hotel Entrance not conspicuous”

“It was a very handy location, just steps down the street from Sao Bento, right next to a Spar convenience store and the Porto cathedral. The hallways and the rooms are very well maintained, well lit and feels safe. There could have been more cooking utensils but we had what we needed - a fridge, plenty of eating utensils and excellently maintained bathroom, beds and sitting areas in our triple room.”

“There is a gorgeous view from the room. deserve stay more days!”

“Really beautifully and thoughtfully designed hotel. Gorgeous views of Porto from Gaia, and walking distance to all the port houses. Getting over to the Porto side was easy via the metro or walking the bridge. The room was a tad small, but the views made up for it. The staff was very kind and helpful also. Would recommend!”

“The staff and the location were great”

“除了交通不太便利。其餘amazing!!!”

“Two reasons you should consider this hotel but many more reasons not to book! Good things: the spa and restaurant staff are great, and the location is exceptional but they’re many other hotels next door. Bad things: - unfriendly receptionist: the receptionists were not attentive and friendly throughout my 3-day stay, especially the one who checked me in. I just looked at the other guest comments, it seems my bad experience was not unique to me. - Room conditions: the room has a very small……

“Wonderful experience. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Room and bathroom was very clean. Air conditioning was a welcome respite from the heat. Breakfast was a set menu served at your table with a basket of fresh breads, a platter of meats and cheeses, a platter of various fruits, yogurt, and scrambled eggs topped off with a pastry for dessert. With only six rooms to service, each guest was afforded personal attention by the staff including a map and suggestions for things to see……

“Very comfortable! Located inside of a cafe, each floor is one unit, n the elevator brings u to ur own unit. Really cool. Breakfast is decent, cos we arrived on Christmas Eve n no one works on the next morning,so they prepared our breakfast in the fridge for us. Only con is bathroom design is weird, u can't possibly keep the toilet area dry after showering. Overall, super recommended! ”

“Excellent location. The staff made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was very good too! I love the apartment size. Overall a memorable experience.”

“Rooms clean and staff polite”

“Rooms were clean and even in a busy area we heard nothing at night.. Breakfast was included in our booking and served… Not a buffet which was nice.. First time in Porto and the staff answered our questions and offered suggestions.. Our airport transfer driver gave us so much information about Porto as well… I would definitely stay here again! Close to the river, shops, restaurants and more”
