Great location and host!
Overall it was a pleasant experience. Communication was lacking at the beginning but significantly improved. The check-in, in my opinion, of 4pm was late. The yard was not as inviting to lounge at as anticipated. The hostess, Ivone, was very nice and offered good suggestions for dining and entertainment for the area. The interior space was newly renovated, very comfortable and super clean! The only drawback was some minor inconveniences with the overhead fan and remote control for TV. We wanted to stay in one night for a movie and there was no volume control. The location was great. Not too far from the Gulf beaches and walking distance to a few restaurants.

Overall-a nice stay
Spacious place with some recent upgrades (nice kitchen and living room) and hopefully the final interior details will be finished soon which would make it great. We appreciated the use of the bicycles and proximity to the beach, as well as great communication and quick responses and fast help with items we asked to borrow. Thank you for the nice stay!

Good stay.
The property was fine. There was broken glass on the ground in front of the house. The property owner changed the property location from the one I signed up for to a property ~5 houses away because the house I booked was double booked.

Pros: Decent place. Very clean. Close to beaches. Ideal to use as base camp if you are visiting town. Cons: attached to another unit (although quiet), road construction nearby (temporary issue)

Bonita Springs was great
The property was awesome. The hosts were over the top great people! Access to shopping, restaurants, beaches, activities and more within minutes from the house, yet the side yard and backyard makes it private.

Our host was extremely accomodating thoughout the stay. We were in need of extra towels and soap, which she quickly provided as well as beach tools that she brought without asking. We even had a package delivered to her home that she brought by as a convenience to us. Would stay in her property again.

Great overnight stay
This was a great little rental for our one-night stay. It was close to the beach and we loved that all the rooms had ceiling fans. The couch was also very comfortable.

Squeaky clean property
First impression wasn’t good. A car which has seen better days standing in the driveway with dirty clothes inside, no number plate, but apart from that. Highly recommend. Everything you need in a quiet location. We would have started the dishwasher but couldn’t find any tabs.

Great location
Great location, 5 min to the beach, restaurants, places to visit. Only 15 min away from North Naples and all their amenities. The place was very clean and stocked up, washer/dryer, TVs for the kids and two bikes to go explore. Area was very quiet and clean too. We would definitely recommend it. Ivone, the host, was very attentive!

Relaxing in Bonita Springs
Our friendly host Ivone communicated very well so that by the time we arrived we had all the information needed. The rental unit was immaculate with a great kitchen full of pots and pans, comfortable beds and a large living room. The unit is in a quiet neighborhood a short and safe bike ride from the beach and a short walk to nearby restaurants. Ebb-N-Flow bike rentals are are nearby as well. Ivone’s place is a gem and we hope to return soon.

Good place
It was very clean on the inside and well stocked kitchen. Location was good for us But, it is a duplex they are renovating the unit in the front so limited parking and was loud one of the nights we were there. The yard space is not very nice man broken yard items. We did not have time for the yard anyway so not a problem for us.

I thought this property was right on the beach based on the pictures but it was clean and very nice. My family had a great time. Located easy to get to anything and very comfortable and has everything you need to make your vacation comfortable, Would definitely rent it again.

Great location!
Ivone’s house is located just a short drive to Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach. The house was clean and the neighborhood quiet. We slept soundly in the beds. Very comfortable! The communication with Ivone was great. Had no issues.

Amazing!!
We loved this place!! Super clean and comfy beds. Ivone is the sweetest host ever!! She was very accommodating and gave great suggestions of what to do while we were here. Spent a lot of time at the Barefoot Beach and enjoyed many meals at Leoni's Pizzeria. Loved the beautiful flowers and enjoyed sitting outside relaxing on the patio. Thanks a million!! Such a memorable stay and would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful place in a nice neighborhood. Close to the beach. About 30 minutes from downtown Naples. A quieter area of Florida. We had great beach days at the beach 1 mile from the house and some great restaurants in the area.

Property was ok, but not quite what we expected. Garden was unkept and untidy, inside was mostly clean,but some cosmetic work would benefit the property, eg hole in bedroom wall where door handle clashed, door stop had been partially cut off also in bedroom, little things that wpuld be easy to tidy up. In kit hen, there is no standalone kettle and toaster, which coming from the UK, we found strange

Perfect Family Home
The check-in process was taken care of in advance from the property manager / owner by way of her constant communication. The listing information of what was inside the home was not only accurate, but there were additional "bonus" items upon arrival. Kayaks in the back yard that we could borrow, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 large screen TV's, (make sure you bring your Netflix, etc. codes with) and so much more, including an outstanding bathroom/shower, and central air conditioner. Everything was immaculate inside. Seemed like everything was a short drive to where we wanted to go, from Doc's Beach House on the water (para-sailing, wave runners, and everything else from food to beverages) to a short drive to Naples. The backyard could use some Astroturf, but we were not looking to 'lay out in the sun' anywhere but the beautiful beach area on the Gulf of Mexico down near Doc's Beach House. What an amazing property. The kitchen has been updated with all stainless and Ikea and it is perfect. Ivone provided us water and beverages and condiments. The nightstands are equipped with charging ports and Ivone thoughtfully provided cords if we forgot ours. We loved the location. We popped down to Doc's on Bonita Beach and Enzo's for Italian and our first time for Whattaburger. It's proximity to everything allowed us to check out Naples, Sanibel, Captiva and more in just 3 short days. The house was spotless and perfect. My husband and I work with the public on a daily basis. We do not want to interact or socialize when we vacation. We enjoyed our stay without interruption or socializing. Check In is seamless with a touchpad lock. Thank you, Ivone, for a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

My fiance and I just left from celebrating our recent engagement and we truly loced our say. Bonita Springs was quiet and beautiful. There were jet skis rentals offering dolphin tours. I highly recommend that if you like a little thrill. It was a funny coincidence that the first restaurant that we visited, Doc's Beach House, was owned by someone from our hometown. The property was very nice and had everything we needed and more. We were able to venture over to Naples for a little fishing. It was nice to have caught grouper snapper, to take home to eat on the lit patio. This vacation is one for the books.

Adorable cottage!
Overall, the cottage was beautifully decorated and in a lovely area. The courtyard was just precious! We had a couple of things that put a glitch in our stay.... when we arrived the front door was wide open so we were quite nervous about what to do and were unable to reach the owner. Next, the second bedroom was completely locked and unusable. Since I was with my 16 year old son, we needed 2 bedrooms. Luckily the couch was incredibly comfortable and he was able to sleep there. That said, the owner did try and remedy the situation, however it was 10:30 pm and we were settled in for the evening. We would stay again!

I'm so sorry Down.. it was a bad day, the last guest took key with h and room lucked with no copy and I think new cleaning lady didn't close all the way the door whe she left.. trust me I was 13 hours far out and with so much anxiety becouse of this... next time ypu come you'll have A SPECIAL TREATMENT AT THIS HOME, I promise ypu 🙏

Beautiful, peaceful, comfortable
The owners were excellent with communicating with me checking if we needed anything. The home was very homey comforting, and beautifully decorated, the location is great, close to gas station, stores, food, beach. Although there are neighbors, you could not hear any noise. It was a beach stay with our family, we have a special needs child, and everything was excellent to deal with his needs.. Great stay. Highly recommend.

We had a very nice experience in this place. A very quiet neighborhood , close to the beach and shops. The house was well stocked with all the essentials. Very nice modern kitchen with everything you would need . I like the sectional sofa it had for watching TV at night and lounging. Just a very nice home away from home we would say !!

My partner and I stayed at this beautiful home for only one night. If I'm visiting Florida in the future I would definitely say here again. It was perfect. It was quiet and near the beach. The house was equip with everything you needed. No complaints here.

Very Convenient, Homey and clean!
Absolutely loved this home! The living room and kitchen are absolutely beautiful, with an amazing marble floor that reminded me of a resort I stayed in in Jamaica! There was a very nice sized refrigerator that also had a water dispenser so we didn’t have to buy bottled water. The bathroom had an amazing jetted bathtub that was fabulous. A nice quiet sitting area right outside of the door, and even with neighbors staying in the other half of the house we weren’t disturbed at all. We loved that it was right down the road from the beach, and there was a 7-11 right around the corner, as well as walking distance to a delicious seafood restaurant! When my friends come to visit again, we will absolutely stay here again! Thank you!
