“Perfect room, great view, comfy bed. It is down a full flight of stairs. A parking space is provided. Also coffee maker in room, microwave and fridge. Nice TV. Lots of closet space. The tub is a claw foot high sided tub. If you are mobility impaired, it could be difficult. I had a great 5 days here at the Mermaid Lair. ”

“The place was very comfortable and clean. It was very nice to be able to cook meals and do laundry. Had everything we needed to have a great stay while visiting Kodiak for the first time. Yung was very responsive and had excellent communication throughout the process. Way better than staying at a hotel. I would highly recommend staying here when in Kodiak. ”

“I stayed here on a work trip and my wife and 1 year old tagged along. Stephen was quick to respond to our needs. We were in need of something every night with the little one. Place was clean and warm with the space heater. There was a extra twin bed we used for the little one. We were also able to rent a truck for the trip which was great to get out an see some bears.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze. It is conveniently located near downtown and the harbor and has a great view of the water from the back porch. We would definitely stay again the next time we travel to Kodiak.”
