Fully Renovated Condo! An Easy Walk To The Beach, Shops and Restaurants!
Your relaxation vacation will begin once you step through the door of this adorable Bradenton Beach condo. This one bedroom one bath Anna Maria Island vacation rental with queen size sleeper sofa has been fully renovated including a new HVAC system and sleeps 4. New furnishings tastefully decorate the unit in a pleasing beach island decor. Located in Coquina Reef Condominiums, this complex consists of two separate buildings, each having only eight units. The condo offers amenities galore and will only add to your relaxing vacation. Furnishings include, a king bed, new stainless steel appliances, a professional linen service, granite countertops and a 46 inch HD TV with blue ray player, and free wifi. A private screened in balcony with retractable sunshades and patio set provide a lovely outside setting. The amenities don't stop there. A heated community pool with gas grill, lounge chairs, umbrella tables and an outdoor shower and bathroom provide a wonderful outdoor experience. Covered parking is provided. The white sand beach, historic Bridge Street, restaurants and shopping are just a short block away. If you prefer to explore the island on wheels, it could not be easier once on board the free AMI trolley that runs the length of our beautiful 7 mile Island. Contact us today for booking information. Beautiful condo on gorgeous AMI
This is a lovely condo on a really nice complex. It is decorated to a high standard and comes with all amenities for a calm and peaceful stay. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and also to the Bradenton Beach shps, bars and restaurants.

We loved the location of this condo! So close to the trolley, beach, restaurants & stores. The condo was just the right size for my husband & I and it had everything that we needed. Kitchen had all of the things we needed & the storage room had chairs to take to the beach as well as some beach game items. Perfect! We would definitely recommend.

Easter at Bradenton Beach :-)
A compact and very comfortable one bedroom unit. Only a short walk from the expansive Bradenton beach and Bridge Street; with it's range of shops and restaurants. We parked our rental car in the allocated space, and mostly used the free MCAT trolley, which runs from Coquina Beach in the south, to Anna Maria City Pier in the north. Local traffic permitting it's a frequent and convenient service. The condo is extremely well equipped including a ground floor locker of beach equipment. The complex is also well maintained with a nice sunny pool area. Overall we had a very nice week in Bradenton Beach/Anna Maria Island. One of our favourite places we have visited many times, and hope to return again soon.

Great Spring Break Trip!
Our family (myself and my husband, along with our two teenagers) stayed here and we absolutely loved it! It was our first trip to Anna Maria Island and we had an amazing time. The location was perfect - we walked or used our rented golf cart to get around. Lovely accommodations, quiet and friendly. Comfortable and well equipped. Great communication with the owners and appreciated the welcome book full of information. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for a long weekend in early october with my husband. From booking this property until the time we checked out, we had great communication with the owners. The condo complex was clean and quiet and the unit itself was the same! They thought of everything you could possibly need to get you started on your vacation. Loved the different sized coolers they had and the wagon and umbrellas/chairs for the beach. So close to bridge street which has restaurants and shopping and just as close to the beach. Trolley stop nearby at corner also! Only thing that was a little confusing was the multiple remotes for the tvs. Luckily, my husband figures that stuff out pretty easily but took a few minutes. Wished we would of booked it for longer! Didnt want to leave!

Great Location and Space for Couples
We spent 5 nights at this condo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is the perfect size for a couple and we enjoyed drinking coffee every morning on the lanai. Although we barely used the kitchen, it did appear to be stocked with everything you would need if you wanted to cook while you're there. The location can't be beat with a 2 block walk to the beach and nearby Bridge Street. Overall, we would recommend this property to others and hope to return on future vacations.

3rd year to Anna Maria and this one was just my husband and I. This place is perfect, quite and just what we needed. We loved it! Quick walk to the beach, cool off in a shaded pool in the afternoon and easy walk to Bridge St for dinner. Home was fully stocked with everything you needed. We loved the beach cooler so much we bought one! Did I mention the bed, OMG, comfortable. Thank you for sharing your beach hideaway.

Great location
All was good until the neighbors with children came in and they would stomp and jump in place, woke us every morning at 7:30! Didn’t appreciate having to wash the linens before we left and other request. We had paid for cleaning service as one of the fee’s when we reserved the condo! I’m on vacation don’t want to worry about a list that need’s to be done!
