The Quality Inn was very disappointing for my family. The beginning of the trip, the manager was not pleasant when we checked in. None of the hotel information was filled out on the "contract" he expected me to find. They did not give me time to put any real information down about the vehicle or anything. We arrived well after check in time, and after the manager waved us off saying he only gave out one key card, we found out room was still not ready. When we got into the room, we found that there was a full stove, no microwave, two refrigerators, and no fire alarm. Instead of a fire alarm we saw wires dangling from where there had been a fire alarm.
The bed itself was trouble, the coverlet was stained and there was wadded up paper inside the sheet. There was also no climate control, and it was COLD in the room all night. Half way through the night I woke up afraid that the people above us were going to fall through the ceiling, the floors were creaking that badly.
Please rethink your stay in this hotel.
