First time in Sardinia
We have had 10 great days in Sardinia. The apartment is nice and clean and there is a lovely balcony with a beautiful view. The poolarea is nice and has a lifeguard. Though it’s not open at all times. We had everything we asked for. There were also a nice restaurant that served good, sardinian food.

La descrizione dell'annuncio è molto accurata non c'è molto da aggiungere. Confermiamo quanto indicato. La veranda esterna permette di godere di un ottimo panorama; sfruttata tutti i pasti. Le dotazioni rendono l'appartamento molto fruibile e comodo per passare dei giorni di vacanza a due passi da molte attrazioni (spiagge, servizi e città). Da consigliare assolutamente. Proprietaria molto disponibile in tutto.

Appartamento pulitissimo, c'era tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Vista mare sul golfo di Budoni meravigliosa, cortesia e massima disponibilità della proprietaria. Da provare l'agriturismo Lu Stillicioni annesso alla struttura con menù tipico sardo. La struttura si trova a due passi da spiagge da sogno. Consigliatissimo.

Nette Unterkunft mit wundervoller Aussicht
Schöne Anlage (Pool erst ab Juni geöffnet) in toller Umgebung. Nette & hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Kommunikation in italienisch, aber dank Google Translate kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Calme et reposant
Dans un cadre verdoyant et vue mer . Le logement correspond exactement au photos de l'annonce. très bon contact avec la propriétaire . L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la Sardaigne . Entre plage est randonnée . Petit problème avec le gaz a l'arrivée mais réglé dans l'heure. Merci beaucoup . Autre sujet pour la piscine : Étant en avril nous sommes d'accord pour oublier l'utilisation de celle-ci a cause des températures . Mais avoir un concert tous les soirs de grenouilles .car celle ci est complètement abandonnée d'entretien . C'était pas prévu . J'espère que pour les futurs vacanciers le problème sera réglé . Prévoir aussi un changement rapide du matelas . Merci a vous votre réactivité et votre disponibilité.

Schöner Urlaub in Birgalavo
Die Übergabe der Wohnung verlief super. Wir sind erst abends um halb 11 angekommen und wurden sehr lieb empfangen. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und zusehen ist! Wir wurden sogar gefragt ob wir ein Babybett bräuchten und haben es sehr gerne angenommen und mussten auch nichts drauf zahlen dafür :) Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Die Öffnungszeiten des Pools sind natürlich gewöhnungsbedürftig aber vollkommen ausreichend. Leider wurden wir nach 4 Tagen schon auf die Klimaanlage angesprochen, das wir sie nur abends vorm schlafen gehen anmachen sollten. Bei 44° jeden Tag mit Kleinkindern sehr schwierig, da der Mittagsschlaf sehr beeinträchtigt wurde dadurch! Sollte man vielleicht in die Beschreibung reinschreiben :) liebe Grüße

Missverständnisse auf Grund falscher Anzeige
Die Fotos beziehen sich auf das gesamte Gebäude, das aus zwei Stockwerken besteht. Im unteren gibt es keinen Meerblick und Terrasse, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Wir sind davon ausgegangen mit Meerblick zu buchen. Ein Wechsel des Appartments war erst nach 7 Tagen möglich. Um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden, sollten beide Wohnungen getrennt als Anzeige geschaltet werden. Chiara hat uns wenigstens die letzten 4 Tage das obere Appartment übergeben.

Perfekte Lage, tolle Aussicht
Die Lage war perfekt, die Ausstattung war zweckmäßig mit Abstrichen (es ist immer die Frage, welche Ansprüche man hat): die Ausstattung der Küche für Selbstversorger war mäßig: es gab nur einen Herd ohne Backofen, keinen Toaster o. Ä., keine Kaffeemaschine (nur einen Espresso-Bereiter), nur 2 Töpfe, dafür 2 Pfannen. Das Brot haben wir in der Pfanne "getoastet", für unseren morgendlichen Kaffee haben wir uns eine French Press für wenig Geld gekauft und dort gelassen. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war schwierig, da sie nur Italienisch sprach, sie war aber bemüht (gut dass es den Google-Übersetzer gibt). Für 2 Personen war das Objekt absolut in Ordnung. Auch wenn es im Küchen-/Wohnzimmer noch ein Ausziehsofa gibt, würde ich nicht mit einer dritten Person dort Urlaub machen wollen, dafür ist dann auch das Bad für meinen Geschmack zu klein. Der Balkon ist verhältnismäßig groß und mit einem großen Tisch und 4 Stühlen aus Kunststoff , sowie Rattanmöbeln (kleiner Tisch, eine Bank und 2 Stühlen) ausgestattet. Leider regnet es dort ordentlich hinein, wenn der Wind ungünstig steht, und teilweise kann es sehr zugig sein, da seitlich keine Tür vorhanden war. Aber alles in allem kann man auch für den Preis nicht mehr verlangen. Wir würden bestimmt nochmal wieder hinfahren.

Super séjour
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la location de Chiara. L’appartement correspondait totalement à ce que l’on souhaitait. La vue est juste superbe ! Un petit bémol, la piscine était froide et pas très bien entretenue, peut être parce qu’on est arrivé debut septembre, en fin de saison... Nous n’en avons donc pas profité. Mais les plages aux alentours sont tellement belles et l’eau si chaude, que cela ne nous a pas vraiment dérangé. La localisation à quelques minutes de San Teodoro et de Budoni est idéale pour découvrir le nord Est de la Sardaigne. Enfin, nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de rencontrer Chiara, mais elle a été disponible par téléphone à chaque moment ou l’on en a eu le besoin, et semble être une personne très sympathique. En bref, la vue, la localisation, et la sympathie du propriétaire sont les atouts de cette location. Guillaume et Mélissa

Fantastico!
Abbiamo passato due settimane ad agosto con i nostri bambini e la nostra vacanza è stata semplicemente stupenda. Tutto corrispondente alla descrizione, cornice meravigliosa (indescrivibile la bellezza della vista sulla baia di Budoni, l'uliveto, la piscina)! La zona è tranquilla e adatta alle famiglie, i bambini possono girare in tranquillità nel residence e il residence è vicinissimo a spiagge stupende. Assolutamente consigliato!

Herrlicher Ausblick! Apartment hat sehr schöne Lage mit rundum Blick (Berge, Meer,...).
War gut zu dritt bewohnbar, auch Schlafcouch in der Wohnküche bequem, große Terrasse. Leider hatte der wunderschöne Pool strikte Öffnungszeiten (10-13, 16-19).

Appartamento molto curato, ottima esposizione, sempre ventilato, giardino molto ben tenuto, piacevolissima piscina in mezzo al verde. Un paio di suggerimenti: una zanzariera nella piccola finestra del bagno può essere utile per la notte (eviterebbe insetti vari) e uno scaldabagno un po’ più capiente ( il secondo che fa la doccia non ha più L acqua calda). In sintesi: sicuramente consigliabile!

Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand, ausreichend ausgestattet (kleine Küche, Gasherd, Töpfe, Pfanne, Teller, Tassen,Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Bad mit Dusche) und sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin bzw. ihrem Sohn hat gut geklappt. Es gibt eine überdachte Terasse mit Meerblick. Die Anlage war in unserem Reisezeitraum (Ende September) sehr ruhig. In ca. 1km Entfernung gibt es eine sehr gut ausgestatetten Supermarkt.

A ne surtout pas réserver !!!!!!! Ne vous faites pas avoir
Énormément déçu de ce séjour, Résidence avec une superbe piscine, mais si on pouvait en profiter ce serait encore mieux ! Horaires : le matin de 10h jusqu'à 13 h et l'après midi 16 h jusqu'à 19h car il y a un maître nageur. Ce n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce ! Le comble c'est qu'en plus de ces horaires bien strictes, cela ne suffit pas ils décident de fermer la piscine quand bon leur semble. Nous nous retrouvons comme des imbéciles devant la piscine fermé à 16h en étant parti plus tôt, exprès, de notre superbe journée sur l'île de tavolara pour profiter un minimum de cette belle piscine... Ils ont mis une affiche le matin même en annonçant leur nouveau horaire de la semaine (c'était ouvert que le matin ou que l'après midi selon les jours) L'appartement est grand avec une cuisine plus ou moins équipé. Tout est très ancien. Ils nous louent l'appartement alors qu'il y avait deux fuites dedans (il y avait une bassine sous l'évier car l'eau coulait) et le cumulus de la salle de bain.. Ensuite, quelqu'un débarque pendant notre séjour dans l'appartement lorsqu'on est dedans pour fixer la télé au mur.. Comme si cela ne pouvait pas attendre notre départ. Nous avons voulu nous faire plaisir sur nos derniers jours de vacances en prenant un appartement plus onéreux. Ce fut l'appartement le plus cher de tous et au final le moins bien. Très très très cher pour ce que c'est et les prestations sont moindres (pas de Wi-Fi, ils pourraient au moins mettre une pièce commune avec une Wi-Fi quand même,cela est la moindre des chose pour des vacanciers, au niveau de la cuisine : pas de micro ondes, pas de grille pain, pas de four.. Dans la salle de bain : pas de gel douche ni shampoing, on avait même pas le droit à un tapis de bain.. C'est honteux, c'est simplement un réel business qui se font sur notre dos. .. Si j'avais su jamais on aurait réservés ça ! Très déçu et en colère À ÉVITER ....

Ottimo soggiorno
Per due settimane ho soggiornato al residence, insieme a mio marito, mio figlio undicenne ed il nostro cane. Al nostro arrivo l’appartamento, al primo piano, si è presentato accogliente, pulito e curato con tutti i comfort. L’ampia veranda dell’appartamento ci ha permesso di rilassarci con la veduta mozzafiato della baia di Budoni. I giardini ben curati con piante di oleandri e di ulivii creano un ambiente calmo e sereno. La piscina, bella e pulita, è un ottimo momento di svago per famiglie con bambini e ragazzi. Il residence è vicinissimo alle splendide spiagge di Budoni, tra le quali anche la Fido Beach, per chi come noi ha un quattro zampe.

L'appartamento è situato in una posizione molto strategica, tutte le spiagge sono comodamente raggiungibili!È un po fuori dal paese quindi in un posto molto tranquillo. Appartamento pulito e con una veranda molto grande e giardino molto curato ideale per famiglie con i bambini. Piscina molto bella e grande ma purtroppo molto fredda. Cosa negativa erano i materassi(davvero scomodi!!) la televisione(modello anni '50!) E l'aria condizionata che andava solo 5minuti, ma noi non ne abbiamo mai avuto bisogno! Però nel contesto siamo stati bene!!

Vista panoramica splendida
Cornice dell ' appartamento semplicemente meravigliosa , vale la pena già solo per il panorama perfetto visibile dalla terrazza . Piscina e giardini curati , anche dalla vasca è splendido guardare il mare , verso la baia di Budoni. Spazi esterni tutti puliti , fioriti e confortevoli. L' appartamento è un po ' datato ed essenziale come dotazioni e stoviglie . Chi cerca televisioni high tech o finiture di design moderne , rimarrebbe un po' deluso ma per gente alla mano e che non va in vacanza per guardare la Tv , è perfetto. Al nostro arrivo tutto era pulito e ordinato. La zona di Budoni è molto carina e tutte le spiagge lì intorno sono incantevoli, rispetto a quelle intorno a san Teodoro che sono più caotiche e anche costose , da Budoni in giù ( verso la Caletta e tutte le spiagge di siniscola ) sono lunghe, per nulla alterate dall ' uomo quindi con le dune naturali e con paesaggi da cartolina ! Buona vacanza a tutti !
