“The accommodations were nice. There were many upgraded amenities however, there were no instructions on how to use any of the amenities. The bidets, the hot tub, the smart home chargers, the fireplace flues. No instructions on how to use the stove/oven. No instructions on recycling/garbage disposal. As indicated, the house was lovely but we could have enjoyed it much more if there had been a handbook for the home.”

Tenía una competencia el día del check out y la responsable de guardia de esa hora nunca apareció e incluso me responsabilizo por no dejar las maletas botadas y n el front desk hasta mi regreso, sin embargo la gerente manejo muy bien la situación con una compensación por la situación es un sitio promedio de estancia.
