No, we were expecting it and being close to a stop was an added plus for touring the city. “We drove to the neighborhood where the apartment was located and instantly felt that the neighborhood was not safe and decided to leave. We did not even check into nor return to the apartment. I felt we did not get an accurate depiction of the neighborhood from the online description of the location of the apartment.”

“The price and location of the property was great for staying just one night . The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, so an extended stay is not recommended. Parking was a little tricky. The host was very communicative before and after checkin, but not during.”

“Considering this apartment’s great price & convenient location - across from the convention center, and just a block away from the Redding terminal market, you really can’t go wrong! It’s one bedroom, but there are two full-size beds and a couch that can be converted into a sleeper as well as a few air mattresses in the closet if needed. We discovered the floors were a bit dirty, which we didn’t realize until we started getting into bed and our socks were leaving hair and dust and lint all over……

“It was nice for a night, but some of the dishes weren’t very clean and I couldn’t get hot water from the shower. Hot water easily came out of the sink. Easy walk to Temple University so the convenience out weighed the issues.”
