"We booked this 4* property on the basis it had 5 outdoor tennis courts. It actually had no tennis courts. Manager refused to speak with us or provide refund when we checked out for another hotel that did have tennis courts onsite. Extremely bad service"

"Arrived late in the evening, not what i expected. No A/C in the room, if not so late arriving would have turned around. For a 1 x night stay, not convenient car 1000m away offsite and room 600m from central bars. We went to bar, slow service 20 mins for a beer and wine. Room with fam did cool slightly during the night. Shewr bathroom excellent. "

"Room was nice, a good size, and effective fans and aircon. Beds and pillows were not comfortable, but get enough drinks down you, and you won't mind so much. Rooms were cleaned 5 out of 7 days and the cleaners do a good job, and were mostly friendly. They do, "barge-in" on you if you are in, but was amusing and not intrusive really. Overall food was good, lots of variety. Local dishes were great, fish and meat was hit and miss, but there was always something delicious to be had, for each...

We had such a lovely time here! One of the most relaxing holidays we've had. The hotel was perfect - infinity pool are was super relaxing and lush, buffet breakfast was delicious and our room was a good size with the amenities we needed for our stay. The location is great too, just a few minutes walk to the main cala millor area with beach, restaurants etc. and a short walk to cala bona. The only downside was the bed - it was comfy but was two single beds put together with separate bedding/duvets. Would have much preferred an actual double bed for 2 people.
