"We were up in a bluff suites room. Nice view, deck with a soaking tub.It's a family-friendly, pet-friendly resort. Tons of activities for kids. The only thing not so great was room service. Didn't expect it to be fast because we weren't close to the lodge, but the food choices and the food itself was underwhelming. The restaurant food is good though!"

"The property is centrally located. Easy to walk to everything in Carmel. The staff is fantastic- super helpful and kind. Really liked the welcome cookies and morning breakfast. Very nice treat. The room and bathroom needs updating. No air conditioning. We needed to keep the balcony sliding door open and run a small fan to cool off after walking around outside for a few hours."

"The staff at the front desk is nice and helpful. The room looks clean, but they forgot to clean the drawers of the nightstand. There was a pair of glasses that was left by the previous guest. There’s no electrical outlet for the other nightstand lamp. TV was small. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant. I liked that the location was close to everything. The designated parking was a plus. Given the chance, I would like to go back again. Thanks for the hospitality."

"Cute little place with a good sports bar connected on the property. My husband and I spent three days there and loved it, The rooms are clean and homey feeling. The courtyard is a nice place to sit and relax especially with the ambiance at night makes it even better. The only negative thing to say is the parking is first come first serve and the stalls are a little tight for an SUV or Truck. I highly recommend this place even with saying that."
