"We liked the convenient parking and location but the hotel itself is NOT as nice as the pictures make you believe. We had issues with our rooms door locking securely, TV working and screen door to the balcony was broken. I’m not sure our bathroom was cleaned prior to our arrival. I found the last guests contact lenses on the sink counter!"

"There is no hot tub. The hot tub they are referring to is IN a room that costs more. One reason I give 3 stars, because we booked here for the hot tub. Staff was friendly, room was clean, walking distance to different restaurants. A group of people were there and were hogging the fire pit every single night and bbq and were there for hours so no one else could enjoy it. Bed was not comfortable and tv didn't work at first but my daughter fixed it. "

"Nice clean room, comfy bed and good price. Free Continental breakfast. Only flaws were the weak wifi and there was no chair in the room even though there was plenty of space for one. No place to sit other than the bed. "

"Benefits - clean room, lots of amenities like free water and coffee, kid friendly Drawbacks - you can hear everything outside of the room (ie people upstairs, talking outside) the walls are pretty thin. Overall it has all the basics good for the price "

"Pro: Staff was amazing, location and parking were excellent, price was great as well Con: windows so thin that it felt like the seagulls and people on the steet were IN my room on the top floor. My friend in the room next door said the same. Very hard to sleep past 5am."
