“There were 7 adults attending a conference in Chapel Hill (17 min drive away) and we each had our own room, plus a large kitchen and tons of living space, all for the price of one hotel room in CH! We played games and made cookies in the evenings and had a blast! We would definitely come back here!”

“Great house for multiple families and dogs. We celebrated our family Christmas and loved the house, the location with it's access to restaurants, shopping, hiking, and church. Property manager, Lisa, was super helpful and responsive. Yard was fenced which was excellent for the pups! Highly recommend this property for families including dogs.”

The driveway into the garage is at a weird angle and may be difficult for some especially if trying to back in. Brad the property manager was very attentive and responded very quickly even on the holiday to our inquiries. When modifications to the rental needed to be made, he adjusted it without issue.
