"The hotel is very attractive and large. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. There were snacks and drinks near the check in desk and a wonderful smelling restaurant and bar we passed on the way to the elevators (they are a little bit of a walk from the front desk, by the way). We checked in too late for dinner (for us) but hope to try the breakfast in the a.m. The staff we encountered were very nice and professional. Overall it’s been a very good experience and we would not hesitate to stay here again! "

"What an amazing week at Sonesta ES Suites in Morrisville North Carolina. I was honestly surprised by the hospitality and the cleanliness of my suite. Complimentary restaurant style breakfast, outside family sitting areas and * Free Parking * was my favorite amenities. I thought the Sonesta in Houston was the best one; N.C. outdone Houston thus far. "

"Staff was terrible (well the females). Rude, very snappy, and told me I didn’t need a parking pass and woke up with a sticker on my car. Gave me the wrong room, didn’t receive an apology. Hotel is beautiful, and clean, cleaning staff was nice, breakfast decent. Besides front desk lady..I had no other complaints."
