The hotel staff was exceptional… They were in quick and close communication with us before I stay and throughout the stay. The apartment/hotel well, within a 10 minute walk to all the popular points of interest and right next-door to a coffee shop that opens around 8 AM with great food and coffee! If you have a car, getting to the hotel is very tricky with very narrow roads, but we got lucky and found a space right by the entrance. That may not be the case for everyone. It is definitely a city for walking versus using a car. The bathroom was very clean, with toiletries, etc. Our only complaint is the bed was a little hard since it was more of a pullout couch style, and there was some mold on the wall by the window. Otherwise, we thought the hotel was exceptional!

This property was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in! A gorgeous room, excellent breakfast, superior service - I highly recommend this property to everyone!

I never wanted to leave this property. It was the height of excellence and beauty. We’ve travelled extensively and this property is in the top 3 of the hundreds of hotels we have visited in 40 years. Breakfast in the garden was such a beautiful experience. Hotel is walkable to many restaurants and historic monuments. The main stop for the Hop on, Hop off bus is just across the street allowing for easy tours of the city attractions. Would recommend GA Palace to everyone.

This hotel was wonderful and truly special. Service was excellent, food magnificent, beds and room were excellent and clean. Massages and spa should not be missed.

We LOVED it !!! Close enough to the city center , the hotel makes you feel as if you were far away in another a different time . it’s a beautiful experience! Great food and staff were always helpful!
