I don’t know how this hotel has such a high score, to be honest I feel a bit scammed when comparing the photos to what you get. It badly needs repainting on the outside, the rooms are more like a 1 or 2 star. If you want a warm shower the water is like a trickle. Bits of paper on the walls with sticky tape etc. The hotel badly needs some investment from the owners. for what we paid we could have stayed at better hotels next door. The only good thing is the sea view.

Fantastic view of Castelsardo! Location was great as it was overlooking the sea. The room was very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was amazing. Best staff ever!!! Thank you very much for making our stay so beautiful!

Ocean front rooms and patio overlooking the waves and castle. Tall windows, spacious rooms, and off street parking in a small tourist hotspot. Fantastic property.

amazing terrace with stunning views
very nice hotel in Castelsardo, right over the beach (not the best one, but still would do). great views of the city and castle on the one side and stunning sunset on the other. amazing terrace, where one can spend hours. also very friendly staff and would help you with anything!! rooms were ok, bit dated, but would do for the money spent. overall very satisfied with our stay there and would definitely stay there again!

Good View Location Property
The hotel has very helpful and pleasant front desk staff as well as good wait staff, all very nice women. The location is excellent fronting the ocean with a wonderful view of the castle. A real negative for me was the very bad internet connection. The breakfast was good with lots of options. The hotel was clean and featured a very large private ocean viewing lounge. I really had the sense that everyone working at the hotel was committed and keen on providing good service.

Attentive staff, wonderful view, a win in Castelsa
The staff was very kind from the beginning to the end, from check in to the breakfast bag at our early departure. The view from the big terrace is wonderful. Very inspiring to be in the sun on the chaises-long under the umbrella enjoying the marvelous of the castle.

Good location for a walk into the city
Friendly staff but very basic rooms. Small, hardly any room for a suitcase. You will hear any move of your neighbors. No need to set your alarm. Breakfast is ok . Check out at 10;30

Nice hotel in a great location however no parking!
Nice hotel with great location however parking was a nightmare ! Had to drive up and down a main road for awhile, no parking at the hotel. Decided had to park elsewhere and was at least a half hour walk away!

Fantastic view
Super friendly staff and great view over a lovely city! If they would have a barista during the breakfast it would have gone from 5 to 5+! We extended our stay after the first night. Highly recommended!

In simple the hotel has a wonderful location with some parking at the front. Much better than most hotels you will stay on coastal Italy. The impression is light and fresh with big simple rooms, views, balconies to enjoy your drinks, staff who were first class and a decent breakfast the following day. Bar and restaurant also at the front and the walk upto the old town was easy enough. Wouldnt hesitate to return.

Amazing service! All staffs speak English very well. We booked for a Seaview room, however the window is facing to a balcony entry (overlooking the sea) with no privacy. We requested to change room with no hussle. The room is spacious, bathroom is clean. Terrace with amazing open view of the sea, old town & castle; which is a prefect place to enjoy a cup of coffee. Although the hotel location is on the main road (the only road to get into the old town), it's not noisy as we would expected. Breakfast had a good selection. We had a wonderful stay.

Beach, views and history.
Must stop on your northern Sardinia visit, this place is the only one that faces the main event (hilltop castle) and has a beach across the road. Also includes restaurants and bar facing the main event and is walking distance to the castle. If staying in Castelsardo this is the only place to be. Clean, nice decor, no room safe though.

We arrived late to this hotel as we had travelled a long way that day On arrival the manager was extremely helpful with our checkin and assisting with our luggage to our seaview room and adjacent terrace overlooking the nearby castle. Due to the lateness we enquired re dinner and he suggested the hotel restaurant. We had a lovely waitperson serving us and the meal was very enjoyable. The next morning we enjoyed a hot and cold buffet breakfast with once again professional and efficient staff. A very enjoyable stay

Lovely setting - a shame we had poor weather ( Oct so no real surprise) as in the summer it would be amazing. Really enjoyed the old town - would love to visit again.

L'accueil est formidable et détendu. Bien que nous soyons arrivés en avance sur l'heure prévue, tout a été fait pour nous accueillir rapidement. La personne chargée de nous enregistrer a fait son maximum pour s'exprimer dans notre langue, avec le sourire. Et la vue sur la mer est tout simplement extraordinaire...

Nos sorprendió muy gratamente , la habitación era muy amplia y con unas vistas increibles al mar. La terraza del hotel es una maravilla para sentarse y relajarse viendo el castillo y el mar. Justo delante hay una cala muy bonita y de ambiente familiar. El desayuno es muy completo , y ademas hay una gran variedad de tartas caseras muy buenas. El personal es muy amable y con gran disposición para ayudarte y hacerte sentir bién en todo momento. Si tenemos la ocasión, volveremos!!

Très bel hôtel
Très bel hôtel, très bien situé. Personnel très gentil. Petit point négatif sur le faire que les chambres ne sont pas insonorisés mais nous y avons passé une seule nuit. L’hôtel reste très agréable. Plage juste en bas, avec coucher de soleil, et gros point positif pour la terrasse et le petit déjeuner au top. Et un restaurant juste à côté délicieux et authentique : Mediterraneum café !
