"This was a fabulous property and we loved our stay! Being upgraded was amazing and gave us the feel of being “at home” instead of in a hotel for our two-day stay. "

"The property is modern, has good vibes and is quiet. The Green Goat next door had excellent food so you don’t have to go gar to eat well. Some of the finishes on the property are in need of maintenance and there are minimal amenities. Otherwise the property is in a good location and offers a comfortable stay at a reasonable price."

"This hotel is really a unique experience. They treat you like royalty. Our room was small but had a ton of character. Only had one spot for one suitcase, so we used the large window sills for the other one. There is really no place to park, so we used the valet parking which was $52.00. But they unload your luggage out of the car and take it to the room for you. By the time we text to get our car, it was there and they had loaded our luggage into and we were ready to go. Great place to stay with lots of eating choices within walking distance. We would stay there again. "
"We really enjoyed our stay in Cleveland, and this hotel is the biggest reason. Walkable to Progressive Field, and the R&R Hall of Fame (Uber back, it’s uphill). So many good restaurants in walking distance, but you can just go to Betts! Great breakfast. Room was nothing special, bed was comfy, but the bathroom was very nice. Parking, like all major cities, is $$$. Would definitely stay here again"
"The hotel itself was very nice and staff was friendly and helpful. There was some issues with the parking available on site as the garage gate wouldnt register our cards as well as other guests. Staff were quick to come out to open the gate however. Overall its a pretty hotel in a very convenient location and Id be happy to check out the rest of the autograph collection locations when Im traveling near one. "
"We had a very nice time in Cleveland. This penthouse was in a great location, able to walk to many restaurants, the river, the stadium, etc. Very clean and well appointed. "
"Check in process was communicated clearly but is quite involved as you have to deal with lock box combo’s, keys, fobs, parking lot entry cards and you have to drive around the block to get to the parking so it’s best not to check in too late. And please know check in is a 4pm and check out is 10am so there’s not much of a chance of sleeping in on the day you have to check out. The room is in fact very sleek and stylish with all the amenities you would need and is in a central downtown location close to bars, restaurants and the baseball stadium. The rooftop pool is an extra added bonus!"
"I had a great experience at this hotel and it all started when I checked in. Christy (maybe misspelling her name) was so nice, pleasant, snd helpful. She was the best!!"
"Stayed there just one night prior to visiting Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Front desk attendant was very courteous and helpful with restaurant advice and parking suggestions. Yes, facilities could use a facelift but very clean and breakfast was good. "
"Very cool place. Appreciated the snacks & coffee! Parking convenient & only 5 from morning till 2AM. Free overnight on the street. Comfy bed & very clean. Thanks!"
