“A special shout out to Sian on reception for being so lovely. I turned up at the hotel a little emotional after receiving some bad news and she was really lovely to me.
This was my second stay at the hotel. I think the deluxe room is considerably nicer than the standard room, however, the bed felt really firm.
Otherwise, the grounds and inside the hotel is lovely.”
