The staff are this hotel’s biggest asset. From the moment we arrived to our departure they were so helpful and friendly. The restaurant is excellent and the chef’s choice menu superb. Brilliant spa next door too.

We had a wonderful stay for my wife’s 60th birthday. Great room, service and attention to detail. All the staff are very helpful. Had an excellent meal in the restaurant and enjoyed the fabulous spa facilities. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again

The service was impeccable from Rebecca on reception to Tom service and spa team it was effortless to check in both at reception and spa area and nothing was too much trouble My massage with Kelly was also superb The room was fab and the food was spot on highly recommend a stay!

Great stay!

The lovely Magdalena (Mags) on reception was very welcoming offering a glass of champagne whilst checking in. She upgraded our room, helped with our bags and showed us round the room. The room was beautiful with tea/coffee facilities and fresh milk in the fridge. Toiletries were very nice. The bed was huge and super comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff could not have been better. My daughter left a gold necklace in her robe pocket at the spa and they found it and returned it. We had an early start and they provided a lovely packed breakfast. Reception staff were so kind and the check in process fluent. Parking was simple and the room beautiful. We hope to return.

Sorry found the pool area too hot and very noisy from the water jets on and the acoustics. It would have been nice to have an outdoor area by the pool with sun loungers. All the staff are so polite and well-trained, and this seems to be across the group. You should all be very proud of this, and we will be back.

Me my wife and 7 month old son have just spent 2 nights at Rookery Hall Hotel and it was amazing. The staff were all so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Even getting a cot, bottle steriliser and blankets for my son. The spa treatments are also amazing and well worth the money. Highly recommend the hotel and look forward to staying again in the future.

We always have a lovely stay here and this is mostly down to the excellent staff who make it there mission to cater for your needs. When tou have any issues they deal with them instantly. recommendations are taken serious and of the two things i mentioned on my last visit was delighted they had been implimented.
