Small Touraine house located in a quiet area, it lacks nothing for you to enjoy a good stay. A kitchen equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and a dining area. A large room with a living room with fireplace and TV and a dining room. 2 separate bedrooms each with a wall cupboard. A bathroom with bath/shower, sink and towel dryer.
Access to the property is close to a main road and parking is private in front of the house.
You are 4 minutes from the entrance to Loches, a superb medieval city with its royal castle, its keep, its market in the heart of the city on Saturday morning and Wednesday morning. You are 30 minutes from the very beautiful Beauval zoo, 30 km from the Château de Chenonceau, 30 minutes from Amboise, city of François 1er and Leonardo da Vinci, 8 km from Chédigny for those who love botany, 15 min drive from Montrésor, one of the most beautiful villages in France. And so many beautiful walks to discover on foot or by bike.
Via the A85: 10 min from exit 11 D58 - D31: Bléré, Loches, Amboise, Montrichard, Chenonceau.
Via the A10: 30 minutes from the Chambray les Tours exit, take the direction of Loches, Châteauroux.
Loches station: to go to Tours.
Tours airport: 40 min.
