Initial impression on arrival was off-putting as steep alley entry led to gravel parking area with weedy seating area for a distant, limited ocean view. Entry was through laundry room, very dark so need to turn light switch on to right of door upon entry. Impression improved a lot once opening the door into the living area. Confusion over access……
