“Our stay at the 306 S&W condo could not have been more perfect to celebrate our anniversary. We were married in Asheville many years ago so we know Asheville fairly well. We love staying downtown and this condo is an ideal location for all the great shopping/dining options Asheville has to offer. The condo was very well furnished with an attention to detail. “This was the best little stay in Flat Rock! We were so close to everything. Everything was clean, stocked, and it was perfect! I would come back and I’d recommend people to stay here. Perfect place to read, fish, and relax! I also appreciate it being pet friendly! Thanks again for having us!”

“The property was clean and had everything we needed for my family of four. We really loved the location. It was over a great bakery/ breakfast place and a restaurant. There are also quaint and delicious restaurants within walking distance from the condo. This condo has been updated but a few elements have been kept to make it very charming, like original wood floors and doors. We had a good time there. ”
