“The hotel itself was fine. It was clean, and the breakfast was decent. The negative review has more to do with the staff. Initially, I booked for one night. We decided we needed two nights instead, so I cancelled the one night and booked two nights. Upon arrival, the lady at the lobby could not find my two night reservation and said I only had one night. I provided the Expedia confirmation number and Itinerary number, and showed her the email. She said those numbers did not help her and……

“Well, they couldn’t find my reservation to begin with. Then we notified them the phone did not work, the sink was plugged and the heat/air didn’t work well at all! You either were baking or freezing, no comfortable zone! Needless to say, nothing was done to correct our requests! Dirty towels and rags were also left in our room! People were really friendly, accommodations were lacking! ”

“The room was roomier than what I was expecting. Though the bed was comfortable I think they need to flip it because there was an indentation in the middle. The hot breakfast was a nice plus. Scrambled eggs, sausage , waffles..all good. I'd most definitely would stay again”

“Clean room with nice bedding and towels. Room was on the small side but comfortable with a king bed. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker was handy. I would recommend.”

“Saturday night we were using the swimming pool and then the gym Both were out of towels I asked the front desk for help but the woman was rude”

“The rooms are older and have once had smokers. Just a smell no amount of odiban can cure. But they were clean and staff was extremely friendly”

“There should have been a continental breakfast included in the price since no coffee makers were in the rooms. We booked our rooms for 2 nights but were locked out after our first night. I had to go back to main desk to unlock both rooms on two different occasions! We arrived about 6:30 on a Friday night & ate in the restaurant & had a very nice gentlemen wait on us, he was good & so was the food.”

“A little out-of-the-way from my purpose, but it was a great stay very quiet very safe. ”

“Loved the three beds for our family of 5. The beds were actually pretty comfortable too.The hotel is pretty quiet. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Would definitely stay again if we ever come back! ”
