Excellent one-bedroom apartment
The apartment is as described on the listing. The apartment is clean, and the kitchen has everything you will need to do your own cooking. The location is close to the town and stores (Costco, Safeway, North 40, Tire shops, gas stations, coffee shops and restaurants, etc.). In the Winter, the streets and highway to Lake Coeur d'Alene are plowed for safe driving. Parking is right outside of the unit behind a private fence. The apartment is a detached unit in a good residential area. I will stay here again when I come back to the area.

Location was very convenient to downtown CDA. Starbucks and grocery stores are nearby. We used the kitchen to cook our dinner each night and had everything we needed! TV was small for us college football fans but it’s definitely NOT a reason not to stay…overall we were very satisfied and enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay in Coeur D'Alene!
This place was a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be. The property is beautiful and is super close to the lake. The owners are very nice, and communication was easy. We'd love to stay here again the next time we're in the area!

Loved this place!
This was the perfect stay for me - I stayed here alone for two nights and felt completely safe & secure. The bed was comfy and the apartment stayed cool even in the hot summer temps. The location is awesome - so easy to pop downtown or the riverfront area. I didn’t meet the owners but had no need to get in touch with them for anything because the apartment is totally stocked and easy to get into. they let me know ahead of time that they wouldn’t be there on my arrival, but left instructions for getting in. Overall I am super happy with the experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect for my needs.
The apartment was clean, well maintained, nicely furnished, and it has great parking. It had everything I needed. I90 is quickly accessible; it was perfect for my trip to Sandpoint and couple of trips to Post Falls. The owners are extremely friendly. They are not intrusive and only engaged when I initiated conversation.

Super cute and cozy. We stay at lots of VRBO's and this little place is adorable. Clean, cozy and owners are the best. I forgot an item and they were beyond accommodating in helping return it to me. You don't get much better than this. We will be returning for sure.

Property as described. Well maintained, very clean. Owner greeted us on arrival. Kitchen seemed to be well stocked, though we did not prepare any meals. Window air conditioner in bedroom window prevented us from opening the window. Had to use the ceiling fan for air circulation and the noise took some getting used to. Bed was a bit soft and we could have used another set of pillows. Limited restaurants in walking distance but neighborhood was quiet. Greatly enjoyed breakfast at the Garnet Cafe.

Excellent accommodations for 1-2 people
This a very clean and comfortable 1 bedroom apt with nice upgrades including a beautiful kitchen and tiled step in shower. The apt is located close to downtown Coeur d'Alene with easy access to parks, biking and hiking trails. Chris and Maria are lovely hosts. Any questions or needs I presented, they responded in less than 24 hours. I would highly recommending staying here.

Great place to start the day!
The apartment is between downtown and the interstate, so it's a great starting spot for hiking, golfing or floating a river. It had everything we needed and plenty of space to unpack for the five days we were there. Exceptional value too.

Chris and Marie did a great job of taking care of us. We arrived late in the evening, but the apartment was ready and waiting. Only needed to contact Chris about access to the apartment and parking, but he responded right away and it was smooth sailing from there. Lovely experience. Highly recommend!

The apartment was cozy and well kept. We had everything we needed and were close to NIC (where we needed to be). We really loved the place. Our only problem was communicating with the owners to get into the property. Had to call HomeAway to finally get the information. Never did hear directly from the owner. Bummer.

Cozy Place Close to Everything
Comfortable and well-appointed apartment has all that anyone would need. We loved having a full kitchen with all the comforts of home---even a blender for making smoothies! Cleanliness is obviously valued by the owners, as this little place was scrupulously clean and neat. The neighborhood is delightfully quiet and quaint, yet mere moments from the lake, shops, restaurants, and all of what makes CDA a wonderful place to visit. Relaxation came easy while staying in this gem of a place, and we would not hesitate to book with these friendly and hospitable owners again in the future.

Can't say enough about this lovely little home and exceptional hosts!!!
I thought this little home looked quaint and lovely online and was pleasantly surprised to find that it's even better in person. Chris and Maria are the kind of people you can't help but like and they greet you with such warmth and friendliness! They make sure your stay is comfortable and are there to answer any questions you may need to ask. My stay here was wonderful. This house is close enough to town to walk or to bike in using one of the bicycles provided. Maria had baked banana bread for us and had fresh fruit in our refrigerator. Such gracious hosts and a gorgeous little house to stay in! The attention to detail in this house is incredible and the kitchen is fully functional with everything you may need to use to cook a gourmet meal. Best place I have ever stayed and I plan to return soon! Thank you Chris and Maria!!

Very nice "home" to have as a base while we explored the area. Many nice touches in furnishings and extras that made us feel welcomed. May be of most importance for us because of arthritis was a comfy bed which allowed us to recharge for the next day. The pictures give you a good idea of what to expect. So, yes we would stay there again in our travels. We had some fantastic dining experiences while in town.

Lovely, relaxing Coeur d' Alene
Maria and Chris answered our inquiries promptly and provided great input/ideas as to use of the home, amenities and tips regarding the community. They met us when we checked in, ensured all our needs were met and questions answered and checked in as needed during our stay. The accommodations were lovely, simple and comfortable. We enjoyed use of the bicycles and took advantage of Maria's knowledge of the community when planning a day trip or meals. We discovered the Vault (great coffee shop), had amazing seafood at Anthony's and discovered some day trips to Kellogg and Harrison to enjoy the scenery. Found the "wrong" path and the "right" hiking trail at Tubbs Hill and thoroughly enjoyed the paved bike/walking/running path through town and beyond. Highly recommend a stay at this lovely little getaway.

Overall met all our expectations and needs
Chris and Maria greeted us upon our arrival with eggs and bread along with a personal introduction to our "apartment". The rooms are on their property but in a separate building. It was modern, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. Maria made suggestions for restaurants close by...which we enjoyed. Location is centrally located with easy freeway access. This was greatly appreciated as we were looking at properties in and around CDA area. Off the street parking was added benefit. We would definitely return and recommend highly.

Arnold and Rita were great guests. They are very friendly and charming. While in the home they were sociable and happy to share about their adventures and their search for a house in our area. Most of the time, they were out of the house looking for property. We definitely recommend Arnold and Rita to any future VRBO hosts. We hope to see them again.

We just want to go back!
My husband and I stayed for two nights and loved every minute - from the moment we arrived and were greeted by the Chris and Maria The house is clean and cozy Apparently you usually get fresh chicken eggs in your fridge, but the chickens weren't laying any while we were there so Maria made us a fresh loaf of zucchini bread in place of. It was delicious and such a sweet touch. They provided great advice on where to eat and where to go. Super friendly couple. They showed us a two bedroom house they're renovating to rent out and were hoping to stay there next time we visit couer d'Alene with our girls. We absolutely loved the town. Cruiser bikes were also provided-which made the whole experience for us-riding to the farmers market downtown and around.
