I was waiting for 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check in. There was a man taking a dump in the parking lot broad daylight. So many sketchy people were in that hotel. I did not feel safe so i didn't even sleep there i was there for 1 hour and just checked out. Worst ghetto place to stay at.

Staff were all very polite and pleasant. Room was decent, bed was comfortable. Shower had perfect water pressure with lots of hot water. Very comfy recliner chair in room. Could have been cleaned a bit better. Time to get the vacuum around the carpet edges and behind furniture. Had to use the power bars for plugs, so that is when I noticed it. Tub was clean except for long dark hair on the walls. Definitely not ours. I’d stay again.

I arrived a little early of check in, I forgot there was a time change. I’m handycaped and after long drive needed to lay down. The guy said no it’s not 3:00pm, after small banter, he said it was $25. To check in before 3pm. He told me I should be more aware of my time (being the time change) and he wasn’t going to give me 1pm-3pm.free,VERY RUDE, I left,back later,very nice person at desk,checking in when a VERY Rude man barged in,behind counter,disrupting our conversation and then incerting himself,he finally left,asked who he was,maintenance and part time security.Smelled pot in hallway,had problems with door key,,couldn’t get out of recliner,,called for help,,moved to another room Dn.stairs,,staff needed help out of that recliner,had to move to again to 3rd rm.,,recliner worked but tv stopped after a short time.The staff moving me was very very nice and was very sorry for the inconvenience,but for me being handicapped it was a nightmare.Theres more that could be said but I think you get the message. I was generous with a two star.Your website gives a $58.with taxes included,,after making reservation it’s $66. With taxes,,when checking in it was $74. Something??? WHATS WITH THAT!!! I feel your dishonest……

This was quite an experience. Stains on the sheets, the coffee machine didn’t work and the smell of the room was so bad. You had to request the room to be cleaned daily which I didn’t like.

Reception was great and check in was Guillermo and easy. The room be cleanliness was very poor. We weee traveling with a pet who found all kinds of filthy thing under the edges of the beds. Apparently the vacuum they use doesn’t reach around the edge of the beds. Also appears to be house more long term stays. We stay in Coeur d Alene every year and will look for an alternative place tho I stay

Don't plan on doing laundry
Furniture & decor & service were great. The bed skirt looked dirty & the dryer took 2 hrs to dry one load. I had not planned on staying up all night to get a couple loads of laundry done, not relaxing.

Needs some upkeep
The check in went smooth and price was fair but the room was very dirty, run down, and the tv didn’t work. It smelled like someone had smoked in there. The noise from the upper floor was very apparent as well.

The staff who checked us out on Sunday 9/24 was HORRIBLE! She was tall, blonde hair, glasses, heavy set, large body frame. I had some additional questions that I was hoping to have answered about our stay. As well as wanting to rebook for another weekend. Her responses to my questions were curt and rude. That she was too busy cleaning rooms and had better things to do than provide customer service. The interaction ended with her temper tantrum of slamming the door which lead back to the rooms.

Location was very convenient. Check in was fast and easy. That was the only positive. We did not try the breakfast because there was a very strong cigarette smell in the lobby. The door to our room did not lock, the key fob did not work and we had to get it reset everyday. The carpet is nasty and they don't clean very well because there was still trash in our room and the toilet was covered in pee. Dogs barking all throughout the night. The blow dryer didn't work, and the room next to ours was so loud we couldn't sleep. I would NOT recommend this hotel. I do not know how they get away with charging the price they do?

Do not book here
Rooms are old and musty smelling. The service desk was good, she moved us to another room that was less musty and sprayed air freshener. We had to go to the dollar store to get a candle due to the smell. Pubic hair was found in the shower from previous guests. The so called breakfast had no hot breakfast, only a waffle iron and the syrup container was empty. No eggs or meat. I would not stay there again.

Check in process was ok. The staff was ok, nothing special, however the property is dated and very dirty and has a bad odor. The carpet definitely needs replacing and mattresses are probably the original. Way over priced for the condition of the motel. Breakfast is mediocre, just bagels, bread and waffles some juice and no milk. The good part is that it is located close to dining.

Just Ok....
This is an older hotel. No elevator, stairs going up or down to rooms. We ask for a handicap room and did not get one.No bars in the shower/tub. Breakfast was minimal...bagels,english muffins,juice. Rooms were clean. This is located right off the freeway and close to many restaurants. Remember to bring your own soap and shampoo.

Definitely would not recommend this hotel. Our room was dirty with stuff still on the carpet, the cabinet covered in who knows what and out our window saw multiple police cars surrounding someone. Just felt very gross and unsafe.

It was ok. Would not stay here again. Now good quality for the price. But ya get what ya pay for!
