The Hotel was fine. The pool was slimey and it appears to be used by large groups partying during the day. Not sure if they rent it out to other groups to bring in a little more cash but that is what it looks like. The area outside of the hotel is nasty. Was thankful to have enclosed parking at the hotel. Has potential to be a very nice hotel once again.

The hotel was under a major renovation which I can understand the lack of a lot of things. But no fridge in the room, dinner was not worth the money and too dangerous to go out. Although the staff were nice.

MUY MAL SERVICIO, pague 2 noches y solo me quede una noche porque el hotel está MUY MAL, no lo recomiendo para NADA!!! 1. No había agua caliente en la regadera 2. El lavamanos estaba TAPADO 3. Solo tenía 3 canales en la televisión, y salía un anuncio que no habían pagado por eso no tenían mas canales 4. Solo había un enchufe en toda la habitación 5. No hay elevadores y yo padezco de la espalda y no puedo subir gradas 6. Dicen que incluye desayuno y no me dieron el desayuno 7. Las sábanas estaban sucias 8. Las instalaciones están en MUY mal estado, no le dan mantenimiento Parece casa embrujada literal jaja Cancelé la segunda noche y no me reembolsaron NADA!! No es como sale en las fotos!! Lo unico positivo que puedo decir es que la cama estaba cómoda, pero de nada sirve si las sábanas estaban sucias!!

Very disappointed in this Hotel!
The front desk clerk wasn’t helpful and didn’t provide internet service or remote for A/C. We had to find another employee to help us. Also, the following day they chain locked the front door, locking us in! We couldn’t leave and there was no employee in site to unlock the front door… health/safety hazard! We had to walk around the entire hotel to find a child to help us. We had to check out with him… also wasn’t informed about the strict covid shut down Colon has on Sundays, when they knew we are leaving then. Had to get police escorted out of the Colon. The room we stayed in was in poor condition as well. TV didn’t work well… I do not recommend staying here.

The property was terrible. I was quoted $26.64 and charged more. Staff did not want to provide me a receipt of my stay, water in the room was turned off overnight, did not get a ocean view as promised. Electric outlet & phone did not work, no hot water in the room, property needs a paint, request an iron and told we had to wait until 10am when another employee came in. We were checking out before 10am. The worst part was that visitors to the swimming pool area were urinating at the side of the pool. I advised employee that the patron should be removed. She stated that she advised the patron but him and his friends continued the practice. They just moved the practice behind a adjacent wall to the pool. Terrible experience.

Con un poquito de amor y promo volveria a su prime
No tengo quejas en general sabanas y cuarto limpio, la cama muy comoda, los cuartos mantienen algunos detalles en los acabados y creo que les falta mas personal ya que no lo vi con mucho staff, pero en general todo bien y me volveria a quedar

Para empezar reservamos habitación con vista al mar y no fue asi , el televisor solo un canal y sin mando , el baño sucio sin grifo la ducha la limpieza fatal de los 3 dias que estuvimos solo un dia medio limpiaron en definitiva nada recomendable

La señora Virgina puso en la puerta de la habitacion por 2 dias el letrero de no perturbar por lo tanto no se hizo la habitacion quien es culpable.

Fue muy mala la estadia
Las instalaciones estaban muy malas, el lavamanos estaba tapado, las paredes tenían filtraciones, la cama estaba mala, la nevera desconecta yy descongelada con agua en el piso, se tuvo que esperar casi 1 hora después de las 3 para ingresar a la habitación porque no lo habían limpiado, la piscina sucia

Malisima experiencia, nunca vi un hotel en esas condiciones, Sin agua caliente, sin Tv pior falta de pago, sin desayuno, sin telefono en la habitacion, sin interruptor de luz en la cama. No se lo recomendaria ni a mi enemigo.

Hotel w trakcie remontu, będzie jeszcze ładny. Dookoła toczy się remont ale jest cicho w nocy. Słabo wysprzątany, okna w trakcie remontu nie ogarnięte ☹️ Ładnie położony nad samym brzegiem morza karaibskiego. Nam to wystarczyło, jednak mogło być taniej.

Decepcionante, instalaciones avejentadas sin higiene, insectos muertos en el pasillo. Tengo una persona discapacitada y el elevador no funciona, usamos el elevador de carga, sucio huele horrible y lejos de la habitacion. En general yn desastre total.

Porquería.
El hotel está en ruinas, no me explico como pueden recibir huéspedes en esosncusrtos rústicos con saliva y marcas de zapatos en la pared. Papel higiénico usado, la televisión no funcionaba y el aire a medias. Fué un desastre y gran error haber estado allí, se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Cada vez que voy a Colon, voy a este hotel porque me parece que vale rescatar este edificio que fue espectacular en su época, Me alegra que ya lo están remodelando y que puedan dar a sus huéspedes una linda estadia
