No feathers Please
The desk associate searched to find foam pillows for us when she was the only person working the desk because I am allergic to feathers. She also delivered them to our room and removed the feather pillows.

Good hotel in a decent location. I could hear the highway starting early in the morning. I’d suggest asking for a room on the opposite side. Otherwise it was fine.

We had a last minute need for a hotel and chose this property based on location and previous recent reviews. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was super clean and very thoughtfully stocked and decorated. Water pressure in the shower was amazing! Best blackout shade I’ve ever come across. A/C was cold…beds were very comfy. I will definitely defer to this property if we are ever in need in this area again.

Holiday Inn Express friendly staff, nice facility
We traveled for the first time with our pet as an emotional support dog. The hotel was very helpful regarding that, and we were grateful for their help navigating that. Very nice staff and good morning meal offered.

I was very comfortable staying here with my two toddlers. The rooms were clean (just little areas here and there needed a touch up), the breakfast was great ( they had self serve pancakes which my son loved), it was conveniently located near shops and the staff was always helpful and friendly.

Staff said because I used you and the are private owned and Jane no corporate office report complaint to you, there were bugs in room I got there late ac fan rattling Al night and staff didn’t care and no one said remodel going on to me and I paid with pay pay which said to take it up with you first 8/17 left 8/18 early am
