“My friends and I stayed here recently while in town for our college reunion. The location can’t be beat- easy access to downtown Lexington, W&L, VMI, the Chessie Trail, etc. We will be back!”

“Cute as a button. Traveled with our 3 adult ish kids and had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy this beautiful area of Virginia. Suzanne is a wonderful host who has thought of every detail in the space. The horses in the back pasture are perfect view for starting and ending the day.”

“Property was conveniently located to area attractions and very clean. Communication was very good and Natalie even brought us produce from her garden.”

“Great attention to detail. Hosts left extra surprises (including fresh flowers!!!) and provided everything we would need for our stay. The flat was clean, private/quiet, and communication and checking in and out were a breeze. Would definitely stay here again! 10/10!”

“We absolutely adored this place. The owners go above and beyond to make sure your stay is fantastic. Anytime I had a question I was answered at lightning speed. The home was 100% magnificent. Every room was clean. They had perfect directions printed out for the surrounding area and how to take care of their place. I would have to say this is in my top 3 most favorite properties I have ever been to. ”

“This was an amazing cottage. My boys, our pups, and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was stocked with everything we needed for both fun and relaxation. We loved the bench swings, hammock, and the reading barn for relaxation, and there were plenty of kayaks and canoes to choose from for fun. The host was very helpful and available when/if needed. There was some bad weather on our first night, and he even called to check on us the next morning. We will definitely be back!”

“Our family visited Lexington for our son’s commencement ceremony. The communication with the owners was efficient and clear - one year ahead of time. I appreciated their insight and information. The house is well equipped for a family stay, with plenty accoutrements for young children. There are games galore and beautiful surroundings. I am so appreciate of their effort and communication.”
