“This place is older, but comfortable, in good shape, and clean. The king bed is very comfortable, however, sound carries from the basement apartment. There's also a washer and dryer. Outside parking was a challenge, but a garage for a compact car was available. We would stay there again!”

“Great Host and property. Everything was in working order and clean. I was especially grateful for the electric tea kettle, though it could use a good descaling. The app on my phone did not allow me to click on the Directions/Parking or Checkout instructions, but the host responded in a timely manner to my questions. We've stayed in the upstairs unit before and never noticed the unit below, but the same can't be said for the lower unit. Our upstairs neighbors had a screaming child in the middle...
