“Best bnb rental I've ever had. Jeff's communication was timely and helpful, with an early and very easy check in. The house had all the essentials there and waiting for us (food, drinks, and more). You can't help but feel right at home here.”

“Had a wonderful stay. Beautiful house and area. Really did have everything one could need! Check in process was easy and information sent well before hand. The third room isn’t strictly a room - mattresses on raised wooden frames in low ceiling space off one of the main rooms. This wasn’t a problem for us though. We couldn’t find how to get to the river (maybe it’s just us!) - some more specific directions might be helpful for future guests”

“Great location, secluded away from other houses. Walk to river was a well cleared, short trail. We had a great time and our golden doodle didn’t want to leave. She was laying under the nice shade tree in the front yard as we packed up and ignored us when it was time to get in the car”

“Nice, peaceful farmhouse with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to vineyards and quaint villages with great restaurants, however the best thing about it is its proximity to the Old Rag Mountain trailhead. If you're planning to do that hike, this home is just a short walk to the trailhead so you won't have to worry about the parking issues, and after the hike, the hot tub on the home's deck is heavenly! Wonderful place for a wonderful get away!”

“This house is absolutely stunning. The property is beautiful and its so quiet. The sunsets are really great from the pool. The owners are very friendly and communicate better than any other VRBO house i have stayed in. I cant say enough about how great this place is. ”

“We were having a family gathering in the mountains. We really appreciated this large home. This included five couples. Everyone had their own room. All beds were king or queen. There were several bathrooms, great kitchen, living and dining rooms for gathering. A grocery store was a very short drive away. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Internet was reliable. Air conditioning worked well. There were three stories, but the stairs were no problem for us. We absolutely would stay here again. ”
