"Property is on a busy street because it is a main thoroughfare fare to the ferry to swan and cedar island. Place is convenient and walking distance to several restaurants and docks. The lights on the passage way are really bright and no way to darken the room because of the curtains. They are very pet friendly."

Everything, including comfy bedding, top notch kitchen, solitude, marsh views, beach gear, fish cleaning area, bikes, and of course the golf cart made our family’s Ocracoke vacation the best it could be. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We even had a chance to get our puppies together for visit! Will definitely stay here again! "

"My husband and I stayed at this boat house for two days and nights. It was exactly as described, private, quiet, and surrounded by wild river life. Ralph was very easy to communicate with, and had literally thought of everything that would make this little house attractive for guests. It is very modern, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. It literally has everything you need.The bed was very comfortable. We loved staying here!"

"Exceptionally clean, especially for a pet friendly place. Outdoor shower with hot water is perfect for getting the sand off you are your dog. Close to some very good restaurants, Dajito is great. Very quiet, we are already booking another stay. "
