“Audrey was an excellent host! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the place is excellent and well described. Very good walkability into Penn Yan - somewhat uncommon for house on Keuka Lake. We recommend stopping in at Indian Pines Farm Market which is a short walk up 54A. Beach is awesome! Walk-out depth and a mix of rocks and sand, water shoes recommended due to zebra muscles. “The cabin was great. Bedrooms well kept and neat. Sleeps a lot of guests with the bedrooms, bunks and couches. One minor addition with that many people would be a small indoor washroom. I would recommend this cabin and vendor very high. God Bless and thank you”
