“Audrey was an excellent host! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the place is excellent and well described. Very good walkability into Penn Yan - somewhat uncommon for house on Keuka Lake. We recommend stopping in at Indian Pines Farm Market which is a short walk up 54A. Beach is awesome! Walk-out depth and a mix of rocks and sand, water shoes recommended due to zebra muscles. “Cute cozy cabin, well stocked. Had a few issues, the tv wasn’t hooked up properly , the manager sent out someone to fix it the next day. We ran out of water, the manager thought we needed to prime the pump which apparently needs doing on a frequent basis but that wasn’t the case. After my husband explained to her that we followed the directions to prime the pump several times and it still didn’t work she had water delivered to the well and everything was fine after that.
