The floating dock was pulled out of the water and placed on the beach area, which didn't leave too much bank area for fishing, and obstructed the view of the water from the chair swing. “We have stayed at several properties at Point Sebago and this one was the best. The cabin was clean, updated and had all the conveniences of home! We had a minor issue with the grill tank and Tom happened to be up there and came and helped us right out. It was a quiet neighborhood which we truly appreciated. Our kids loved the wooded area behind the property and all the “wildlife” (tiny tree frogs and moths, lol) they saw. The sleeping options were also a favorite, they had many places to choose...

“The second time I have rented this property. Not as clean this time but fully equipped. The whole outside including chairs could use a good power wash. A bat was found in a corner of downstairs bedroom. CO2 monitor went off 3 times once at 5:30AM. I assume after calling the number it was serviced as it never went off again although no follow up call or note was left that it had been serviced?”

“We had a great time! Swimming, paddle boards and kayaking! Grilled out dinners! This property provides everything! Tablecloth for picnic table, all kitchen supplies, grill supplies, and the list goes on! The nights got cool which was good. There are only 2 a/c’s in the house. Not only is this house dog friendly, but they provided dog bowls and an outdoor leash! My kids are 19, 17 and 7 and each one of them had a blast!”
