The floating dock was pulled out of the water and placed on the beach area, which didn't leave too much bank area for fishing, and obstructed the view of the water from the chair swing. "We had a great time! Swimming, paddle boards and kayaking! Grilled out dinners! This property provides everything! Tablecloth for picnic table, all kitchen supplies, grill supplies, and the list goes on! The nights got cool which was good. There are only 2 a/c’s in the house. Not only is this house dog friendly, but they provided dog bowls and an outdoor leash! My kids are 19, 17 and 7 and each one of them had a blast!"

"Great waterfront location on beautiful lake. Several kayaks and a paddle board available. Property has its own private island with fire pit, picnic table, hammock, and dock. Very nice view of the lake and sunsets from inside the house and from the porch. Would definitely go back."

"We have stayed at several properties at Point Sebago and this one was the best. The cabin was clean, updated and had all the conveniences of home! We had a minor issue with the grill tank and Tom happened to be up there and came and helped us right out. It was a quiet neighborhood which we truly appreciated. Our kids loved the wooded area behind the property and all the “wildlife” (tiny tree frogs and moths, lol) they saw. The sleeping options were also a favorite, they had many places to choose...

"Great spot to attend a wedding at Autumn Lane. Very close. Very clean and comfy. We had two dogs, so the multiple inner doors helped with keeping them managed and safe as we stepped in and out. Everyone slept well. The electric fireplace was cozy. We loved the thoughtfulness of wine and beer. Our only concern was a lack of microwave safe dishes. Good thing we read labels. Everything else carefully appointed and convenient."

"We just got back from a three night stay, the place was very clean, the location is absolutely beautiful! We will definitely be back. The only problem we had was that the trash barrels were already full from the previous renters. I don’t like to complain so I waited a day or so figuring they would come empty them. No one ever showed up so eventually I had to call the number they tell you to. I spoke with them, they had me send them a picture of the full trash barrels. They said they would take...

"Quiet neighborhood and good location on the lake. It was disappointing when I called about the oven not working on our last night and was told no one would come out (since they were out of town and it was our last night anyway). It was nice to have access to kayaks and paddle boards to see the lake."

"I needed to find a rental where I could meet up with family from Mass and visit a sister in the Portland area as well as have some good adventures in the area before heading back to Florida. This was a good pick for what was needed - a cottage on Sebago Lake. We had a good time there."
