"The staff were incredible and so helpful. The cabins are open air; just screen windows, so if you hate being damp, this is not the place for you. There are also a lot of ants, so don't leave ANY crumbs unattended. Location and garden were amazing... Definitely a "roughing it" kind of stay, so be prepared, and bring waterproof bags or ziplocks for your electronics"

"If you are an outdoor enthusiast enjoying wild nature and camping like experience then this cabin could be a great lodging option for you. However, if your expectation is quality hotel standard accommodation then this property might not suit you. For example, the entire cabin is pretty damp which we didn't feel very comfortable with in our stay. The host Laurie and property manager Raul are great and very helpful. Personally we will not consider cabins like this in our future visits but I...

"The gentleman who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff were not as helpful and at times appeared unhappy and unmotivated. Our package included an à la carte dinner, but we received conflicting information from the front desk and the kitchen, and we were never able to make a reservation during the eight nights we stayed. The only food I consistently enjoyed was the fruit. The alcoholic drinks were overly watered down. On one occasion, the shuttle that transports guests around the property passed my husband three times, even though he was standing at the designated pickup location. My husband has a heart condition and ended up having to walk up the hill in 95-degree weather, which was extremely concerning and unacceptable. Overall, the property appears run-down, and the service and amenities were disappointing. Based on our experience, I would not recommend booking this property."

"Property was nice staff was great. Upgrading to star class is a must. The food at the buffet is not good but the a la carte restaurants are good steakhouse by far the best. Website says they have a pool table but they do not. Drinks were really good especially at the lobby bar. I booked excursions from the guy at the beach a lot cheaper and the excursions were really good. Make sure you bring cash. I would definitely go back again"
