"Nos llevamos la mala experiencia que el check in era a las 3pm y nos hicieron esperar hasta casi las 5pm porque no estaban disponibles, y el personal se mostraba bastante estresado por la cantidad de personas con el mismo inconveniente y no fueron muy empaticos con los huéspedes. El hotel está un poco deteriorado, hay pasillos con alfombras en muy mal estado! El desayuno muy bueno y muy surtido "

"Staff was amazing. Disappointed with the food. Got so sick. Had to go to the doctor when i got back home. Either salmonella or shighella. Entertainment got a thumbs down. Enough with the lipsyncing. Would have loved to see more local entertainment . I can see "MJ the Musical" in NYC. "

"This property was very clean and well cared for. It’s not a five star, but it’s great for the value. I only surprise, and this was my fault for not seeing this on my reservation, was that my bed was in a loft area and I had to walk down a very narrow staircase to go to the toilet and back in the middle of the night. The furniture is also pretty dated and uncomfortable in the sitting area. I don’t really care about that kind of stuff, but I thought that somebody else might. The pool and restaurant area are really great as is the complementary breakfast. It’s not just a continental breakfast. It is a full meal."

"Unfortunately, the included shuttle wasn’t available for us because all shuttles early in the morning were full. We were offered a taxi at an exorbitant $30. There’s an easy solution run another shuttle! Or have a driver on standby for those that don’t fit in the shuttle. Or offer to pay for the taxi. These early flights run every day. Fix it. "

"The rooms need alot of work. The rooms are not only outdated but they need maintenance. Alot of broken things in the bathroom for example like the glass tiles, outlets, towel hanger by the balcony etc. Our room smelled humid, my clothes left with that smell. We had 3 rooms reserved in the hotel and all 3 rooms looked as bad. Food was amazing!!!! The hotel not only has quantity but quality and the staff was so attentive! Entertainment was great! I give this hotel a 3.5 because of how the rooms looked and how outdated the hotel looks compared to the other side. Also I recommend to add a few more beach chairs by the beach area. We definitely want to come back but stay of the other side of the hotel, it was so much nicer than the side we stayed in. We love Costa Rica! "

"Pools and beach towels wasn’t available right away. You have to wait more than two hours to get a single towel. Found cockroaches in the room and the food needs more variety to choose from. "
