Access to river unsafe (steep unstable rocks with no handrail) therefore no ability to launch canoe from property. One bedroom ceiling light inoperable. One grandchild awakened by mouse walking on legs. Inability to take showers if lawn sprinklers on. Electric stove warning light always on. Indoor defects (Mice, water, BR light and stove defects)...
