Activity Barn Tours

My room was TINY. I haven’t had a hotel room this small since I was in Japan 14 years ago. There was a bed and barely enough room to walk around it. There is a counter/desk in the corner that gets full pretty quick. The coffee maker, mugs, etc are jammed into two drawers - it’s not easy to pry the coffee maker out. No dresser or drawers for clothes. I felt like I was living on a boat. The AC doesn’t work so well (surprising given the few square feet it needs to cool) and they provide a fan. Pro-tip: :keep the bathroom door closed. Valet parking is $30/day with no access - I went two blocks away for $21 so I could get into my vehicle when needed. The good: very good location , nice hotel, nice amenities, and the staff I interacted with was very good. The only thing that kept me from a 3 star rating was access to a nearby gym (fitness), that is very nice.

The staff was very friendly. The property is nice and well maintained. It's in a good location with easy access to downtown. The room was clean and for the most part comfortable. The main bed was comfortable, but the pull-out couch is unusable as it was thin, and you could feel the springs. AC worked well. It can be a bit noisy from trucks and motorcycles.

The Renagade is by far my favorite hotel in Boise. It’s immaculate and the design is absolutely gorgeous. Staff is incredible and location is the best.
