"Beautiful property, quiet, and very spacious. This property had everything we were looking for in a getaway. My family enjoyed our time together here. We did have a power outage and I let Tony know as soon as the power went out. He was quick to respond and even gave updates. Loved the communication from Tony throughout our whole experience. Definitely would stay here again and at another one of his properties."

"Went to celebrate a friends birthday. It was convenient to the Potomac Eagle train ride. Easy to find. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. Had a challenge using the tv but host helped and we enjoyed the movie. It is a small porch but had a great view. I read a comment about someone elses hot water problem but we had plenty. "Mostly satisfying stay. Cabin was a little dirty and older than in pictures. Made sure day before hot tub was in working order but at arrival was not working. The hot tub was finally fixed and hot at midnight on our last night. Was able to use it for an hour. The owner apologised but offered no compensation. Plus the front door knob fell off when we arrived. Had to fix myself. Other than that was a very private property and very nice fire pit. Wood not included."

"We enjoyed our stay at this cosy cabin. There is a lovely view from the deck and the cabin was clean and comfortable. There is a big yard which our dogs loved! Cacapon State park is about 20 min away and has a lot of amenities including some great hikes. It is worth exploring. We liked Berkeley Springs Brewery, good beer and food about 25 min away. The road to the cabin is steep in places and in winter weather I would want AWD/4WD. We had a nice getaway and would stay here again."

"We really enjoyed the property. It was clean. Internet worked well. Washer and dryer was nice. Too cold to enjoy the hot tub for me. My suggestions are a new shower head, thank goodness I didn’t have to wash my hair. The flow is too spread out and not enough to efficiently rinse as you shower. Second is a cheaper Kcup machine would be nice. Traveling with ground coffee is not really ideal for a quick trip away. Third thing I suggest is two beach towels (minimum) for the use of the hot tub.
