NÃO VALE O VALOR COBRADO. Sabe quando a roupa é linda, mas falta inteligência? É exatamente o Qoya. O hotel é lindo. A cama e jogo de cama luxo e mega confortável. Mas o serviço.... Não havia ninguém para ajudar com malas no check-in. Somente 1 pessoa na recepção. Aguardamos mais de 10 min para sermos atendidas, sem nenhuma atenção por parte da equipe (água/café, banheiros, etc). Nossa reserva estava dividida em 2, a 1 reserva por 4 noites. A 2a reserva por 1 noite. Apesar de informarmos isso no check in, e na manha do 5o dia, fomos abordada ao menos 4 vezes, solicitando que o check-out deveria ser feito ao meio dia (mas eu tinha mais 1 noite reservada e já havia conversado inúmeras vezes sobre isso na recepção). Pontos fortes: o bartender Leo (amammos o papo e suas recomendacoes em CWB. Master cockteleiro). Jantar no Kore, comida excelente. Hotel é lindo, mas falta alma e carisma. Se voce está buscando serviço e hospitalidade, não fique aqui!!

Great hotel, great beds, amazing shower. Area okay during the day, wouldn't wander around after dark (quite a few rough sleepers between the hotel and the mall).

This hotel gives a superior food experience with good staff. But this is a tired older hotel that needs to be updated. The halls have new carpet and look good but the rooms need some help. They are older with not good amenities.

I stayed two nights for business. Breakfast is included and it is good. The room was very comfortable and everything was very good.
